No Entry
An early start on a winter’s morning paid dividends with wonderful conditions and an interesting woodland all to myself. I hadn’t long left the car when I came across this opportunity, a fabulous collection of gnarly trees all arranged to prevent access to the woodland ahead. Composition provided a real challenge as the slightest movement sideways, forwards or backwards had far reaching consequences for the individual relationships between individual branches and trees. I love the complexity of the scene and the muted colours as autumn is taken over by the winter months.
